It’s all about the textures in Dylan and Jenny’s guest bedroom - from the stunning fluted timber panelling on the wall, to the waffle bed linen and rattan bedside tables.
As a fluted canvas, beautiful Porta Contours in Cirque are perfect as a feature in a bedroom, kitchen, hallway, living, dining, or home office adding movement and richness to the material palette.
Contours in Cirque are suitable for curves down to a 1000mm radius. For tighter curves, down to a 500mm radius, matching corner beads are available.
Available in Tasmanian Oak, Clear Pine, and Primed Pine, the couple selected the Cirque in Primed Pine for their room.
Beautiful and renewable, Porta Primed Pine Contours create a high-end result without the price tag. Fast and easy to install with a secret fix tongue and groove connection, they are ready to paint in a top coat that complements your space.
Primed Pine Contours can be fixed directly onto prepared plasterboard, timber, steel, brick, or masonry wall surfaces.

Tom and Sarah-Jane created an enchanting nursery on The Block this week using traditional timber mouldings to add delicate detail to the gorgeous space.
Whether your home is traditional or contemporary in design, timber mouldings can be used to add depth, style, and architectural interest to a room.
They can be simple and streamlined for a minimalist effect or elaborate and decorative. When colour is added to the equation, different effects can be achieved (similar colours tend to ‘blend in’, whilst opposite colours tend to highlight).
Spatial illusions can also be created with timber mouldings. To make wainscoting stand out, paint the lower portion of the wall a contrasting colour. For a monochromatic look, paint the decorative wall trims in the same colour as your wall (this will also make the room appear larger). For a more dramatic look, try a darker shade of your favourite colour.
By layering colours and textures, you can achieve a warm and welcoming look that is both stylish and sophisticated.
